Equipment Managers Report
2008/2009
As Equipment Manager, my job was very busy but very gratifying over the
last year we have:
-donated 15 sets of hockey equipment donated over the years by various
members to Condor Foundation (hockey for disabled kids in
-purchased
-sold old jerseys, total sales about $500.00
-also sold left over socks in the canteen
-spent $1800.00 in the fall on pucks, water bottles and 4 sets of goalie
pads, trapper and blockers
-thanks to the Trillium Grant, I have ordered 9 sets of goal equipment
(chest protector, neck guards, pads, blocker, trapper, and goalie bag) total
package worth $7500.00
My goal in the summer
is to either sell or donate goal equipment to make room for new equipment
I will be donating the
rest of the jerseys to either a local foundation or up north
We also will be renting goal equipment in the
summer for the member playing summer hockey or camps. Pricing is:
-Novice to peewee $500.00 deposit, $75.00 to rent
-Bantam to juvenile $500.00 deposit, $100.00 to rent
Equipment is rented on
a first come, first
served basis
If any member would
like to purchase used goal equipment or buy used jerseys please call me or
email me. Deadline for purchases is June 30th 2009; at the time I
will look into various foundations to donate items.
