RMMHA Tournament Information

Tournaments with 8 teams registered on the tournament date will follow the "A" and "B" format. Tournaments with 6 teams registered on the tournament date will follow a round robin format. Initiation tournaments are considered fun-days and will not use these competitive type formats.
Each team will be guaranteed two (2) games. In the case of our Novice Tournament, (3) games are guaranteed.

All players will receive a drink after each game .

All participants will receive a game souvenir and the  A and B Champs and Finalists will receive a trophy

Tournament spots are compiled from a list of applicants, on the premises that the fees are paid in due time and the application with team players names and numbers is received and is in agreement with the tournament coordinator. The RMMHA reserves the right to refuse any team application.

If your team should opt out of our tournament, you must give one(1) month notice. If so, you will be refunded the total amount of the cheque. If less than one(1) month notice, we will endeavor to find a suitable replacement team or you may try to find a team to take your place. An administrative fee of $25 will be deducted from the amount returned to you if a team is found. If one is not found, your team will be considered in the tournament and we will not refund the cheque.

Teams wishing to enter the tournament are requested to download and complete the attached form and forward it with a cheque payable to the "RMMHA".

Teams will be notified of their games at least 1 week prior to the tournament date as well as being posted on the website..

Only Novice games are held at both the Goulbourn Recreational Complex and the Richmond Memorial Arena- all other levels are played at the Richmond Arena.
